Loft/ Media Room On the third floor of the Spanish key home is a very unique surf inspired game, media, and loft room rolled into one.  It has a U-shaped blue suede sofa that pull out to a queen sleeper and a 52 " T.V. with DVD player, mini fridge, and half bath.  The room is stocked with games and puzzles.  Best of all it opens up to a spectacular third floor sun deck.
